Lifecell Skin Care Complaints

Lifecell Skin CareLike any skin care or cosmetic product Lifecell Skin Care has some complaints against it. From my research the majority of these complaints fall into one of two categories.

  1. People are upset that their credit cards are being charged without their authorization by South Beach Skincare (the parent company of Lifecell).
  2. People are not seeing results after using the cream

I’m going to shed some light on both of these Lifecell Skin Care complaints to hopefully clear up any misconceptions or concerns you have about the product.

They’re Charging Me without My Authorization

I have read this on several forums and blogs. Women stating that Lifecell is charging their credit card two months after their order and they didn’t authorize them to do that. Or they got a charge on their credit card a month after their trial and they didn’t authorize it.

If you take the extra five minutes when ordering Lifecell to read the complete terms and conditions of your trial order then most of the concerns women have would be cleared up.

The trial offer is for 30 days, if after 30 days you decide to continue to using Lifecell, or if you don’t return the tube you first ordered, then you’ll be charged the full price of $189 on the credit card you used when ordering your 30 day trial.

The second part is that when you request your trial you’re also enrolled into the VIP program which entitles you to a discounted price on Lifecell of $149 per tube, and a new tube is automatically shipped to you every 60 days.

If you love the product that this is absolutely the least expensive way to purchase it because you get it for $40 off the regular purchase price. If you decided that you aren’t going to continue using it after the first 30 days then you really should send it back for a refund since the company offers a 120 day money back guarantee. This will ensure you don’t receive any future shipments and you’ll be refunded your original $189 purchase price.

The Product Doesn’t Work

Without fail every single anti aging product I’ve researched and reviewed had some complaints that it didn’t work. Just as some prescription medications don’t work for every single patient, cosmeceutical products are no different.

While Lifecell contains more clinically studied and proven ingredients then any other anti wrinkle cream I’ve researched, that does not mean that it’s going to work for every single women who tries it.

The best I can see about 75% of women and men who order Lifecell stick with it, which is a pretty good success rate, but there are still going to be that 25% that didn’t get the results they expected.

This could be due to their skin doesn’t react the same way to active ingredients like DMAE, Agriline and Vitamin C. Or it’s also possible that they didn’t use it consistently enough to get results.

Either way, there are always going to be people who aren’t completely satisfied with the product. This is why Lifecell and other anti aging products offer money back guarantee’s.

Lifecell truly does contain a very long list of proven and effective anti aging ingredients. Read my full Lifecell review for details on those ingredients. Unfortunately the only way to know if Lifecell can work for you is to try it, but I urge you not to let these Lifecell Skin Care complaints stand in your way from trying what could be the best skin care product you’ll ever buy.
