It’s not just women heading into get Botox® and other cosmetic procedures done anymore according to an article I read this morning. According to a report posted at FirstCoastNews.com men in the 40’s and 50’s who feel they’re competing with the younger fellas in their 20’s are feeling the pressure to look younger and often cosmetic surgery is the option.

It begs the question are more men also looking to a wrinkle remover, such as Dermajuv, to reduce their fine lines, crows feet and facial wrinkles?

The article goes on to discuss that Botox® is by far the most popular procedure that is done how ever some men have also received Thermage procedures as well as liposuction.

The drastic change comes at a time when our economic situation is thought to be bad, although over the same time we’ve seen a drop in our economic situation the article sites that non evasive surgeries have increased by 2% among males.

A man interviewed for the report states that he has had both liposuction and Botox® and say’s while he’s working he’ll be continuing to have the procedures done. The reasoning? Because he’s in a competitive marketplace for work and likely has to compete either for business or for clients amongst those that are or look a lot younger then he does.

here’s the original article
